Charles Angélique, baron de Talleyrand-Périgord, was a French diplomat. His most noticeable appointment was as Ambassador to St. Petersburg. On 11 June 1862 he married a Russian aristocrat, Véra Bernardaky.
 
Disderi's catalogue published in March 1861 lists him under Sommités, describing him as ambassadeur a Turin.
