About 1/4 mile to the right of the 200 ft. Buddha (See No. 205) stands the statue of the smaller Buddha (100 ft.) also carved out of the red sandstone cliff. Bamian’s Little Buddha, nearly 60 ft. shorter than the “Great Buddha”.
