(Kent Thompson, 10 December 2021) … example from the NCMOH collection--a scrapbook of her experiences in the war (WWI) kept by Madelon "Glory" Hancock who volunteered as a nurse for the British for the duration of the conflict. The scrapbook contains a lot of layered ephemera, but there are a few examples of artillery and crews loading shells throughout.
