fresco painter as well as a photog.; in Los
Angeles by 53; took up photography during the
mid 60s; Flanders worked alone and in other
partnerships in Los Angeles, CA and in Prescott
and Tucson, AZ, 60s-10s. They traveled to AZ
Territory in the fall of 73; Penelon D. near
