Stereographs project Business locations Hollywood, CA, US [Rec.] 14 examples known of strange group of
hard-core pornographic views on flat RMs with
the co. ID professionally printed on back.
However, views are certainly French in origin
since the studio sets often include signs in
French advertising Dubonnet & other French
products. They seem to date from the 20s or 30s
and are very well done technically but somewhat
faded. Major holding, Treadwell Collection. T.K. Treadwell & William C. Darrah (Compiled by), Wolfgang, Sell (Updated by), 11/28/2003, Photographers of the United States of America, (National Stereoscopic Association) |
