Hartford at some point; no other ref. to
Huntington found in CT.] In 79 Gen. Ordway got
"Brady" CW negs. from Anthony, planned to
re-issue them with John C. Taylor of Hartford,
CT; Taylor then purchased the negs. and in
partnership with Huntington pub. them as CM
cards with descs. on back; high prices & lack of
interest in civil war during this period made
project unsuccessful. "1861 Photographic War
History 1865, The War for the Union", on CMs
