Views uncommon [25], but #s reported to #334; CA area included San Francisco, Golden Gate Park, Chinatown, harbor/ships, CA natl. guard in camp dtd. 90; views in OH are Springfield area, parade, street; most on CMs. 3 views seen from Meadville, on yellow/pink CMs, of group outing. B. St. Andrews, Canada, 40; went to Chicago 57 and later to New Orleans; in wagon and carriage making business in Liberty, MO then served in Civil War; after discharge, went to Buffalo, NY where he learned photog.; practiced in PA next, OH, WV, & New Orleans later; to San Francisco in 6/87 and began to pub. CA images; joined by his son, George A. McDonald in 92; listed in San Francisco 87-92; active until at least 98.
