Teacher, Elphinstone School; entered Grant Medical College, 1845, garduated 1850; successful surgeon and physician, in practice with his brother Narayan Dajee (qv); founder member of the Bombay Association, an early political society; also a scholar and antiquarian, and founder of the Bhau Dajee Museum.
