Father of the artist Frida Kahlo. In 1891 he opened a studio in Mexico City and he carried out documentary studies for the Government on Spanish colonial architecture. He also photographed for illustrated publications including El Mundo Ilustrado and Semanario Ilustrado.Preparing biographies
