Son of Thomas Richard Townshend; married Ida Kathleen Wilkinson at Bhusaval, 11 Feb 1885 and profession given as ‘Photographer.’[1] His will leaves all his property and ‘photographic appliances etc’ to his wife.[2]
Photographer and artist, Kampti, 1880s-1904; listed as photographer in commercial directories 1893-1904.[3]
Made a photographic documentation of the construction of the Bengal and Nagpur Railway, ca. 1890.
