Chaplain of Dibrugarh, Assam
Joined the Bengal Photographic Society in Sep 1862.[1] Some of his photographs were shown at the society’s meeting of 28 April 1863.[2] Asked to help Dr DeFabeck in photographing the tribes of Assam in response to Government request: ‘You will be so good as to obtain from that gentleman [DeFabeck], and also from the Revd. Mr Higg, should he consent to lend his assistance, specimens of portraits taken by them, and submit them to this office.’[3]
