| Dates: | 1860, 28 June - 1921, 19 July | Born: | Moscow Governorate | Active: | Russia / Ukraine | Early in the 1900s Colonel Vladislav Klembovsky photographed the battlefields of the Crimean War (1854-1856) along with the graves and monuments around Sevastopol. In 1904 the Museum of the Defence of Sevastopol published an album of 119 of these images.
In 2011 and 2012 Dr. David Jones revisited and photographed the same Crimean War locations to document the changes.Preparing biographies
