About the Author

Born in Cabridge Massachsetts in 1962, Scotts family moved to the small town of Hooksett New Hampshire in 1967. Raiseed as the oldest of six children, he bought his first 35mm camera in 1979 and quickly realized an affinity for photography. Originally working primarily in color, Scott made an artistic decision and switched exclusively to black and white and built his first darkroom in 1986. He still works almost exclusively in the 35mm format, enjoying the versatility and portability.
