Photograph of Moscow taken from a distance. The Kremlin can be seen at the centre of the photograph, with Saint Basil's Cathedral to the right and the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour to the far left, partly obscured by scaffolding. There is water in the foreground. This is one of a series of photographs taken by Corporal J Mack during the coronation celebrations of Alexander II, Emperor of Russia. He was part of a group of British representatives led by Lord Granville.
