Archive Farms Celestino Degoix was a French-born photographer active in Genoa. He began his career in the 1850s and for a time had a studio located in via Nuovissima 7 He devoted himself particularly to photographs of the Ligurian landscapes and panoramic views of Genoa. Degoix in 1875 became the official photographer of the Natural History Museum of Genoa and built a substantial catalog of photographs of entomological natural subjects, plants and animals.
