Private collection of Gary DineenCurrent address is W61 N506 Washington Avenue (different from the address the building would have had in 1890). It's believed that Propp used that location until his death in 1926. The same building then housed the Ed Rappold Studio until he was called to service in World War II. The building currently houses Board & Brush Creative Studio (wood sign creation and workshops). The building under construction was a funeral home, just to the north of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Eventually, the funeral home was razed and that spot became a parking lot.
Here's a closeup (crop) of the Gallery windows. The window on the right seems to display a group of traditional studio portraits; while the left window seems to show various types of objects - my guess is that they might be holders, cases, frames, and other trinkets to hold/display portraits.
