Stereoscopy Private collection of C. Schwimmer Probably manufactured in USA in 1860s or 1870s. Somewhat more deluxe than the most common largely mass produced ones of a similar configuration. Probably mahogany, with felt lined hood, adjustable tilt, and prismatic lenses.
