(Alan Griffiths, 21 November 2025) Dr. Edward T. Wilson (1832-1918) was a notable photographer in Cheltenham, UK, and co-founder of Cheltenham Photographic Society in 1865.
Although the daguerreotype has a label "ETW" before the plate the Wilson Art Gallery and Museum describes it as "Daguerrotpye showing image of Thomas Belerby Wilson, 1807 to 1865"
