Postcard, Taber Bas-Relief Private collection of John Toohey Freeman A. Taber, brother of I.W. Taber, on March 17th 1896 patented a process for "embossed photographs" and there are "Taber bass-relief" postcards. This postcard may be by Isaiah W. Taber or Freeman A. Taber.
