"Another image from the Ektachrome experiment, cropped for effect, and printed on a smoother paper (Rives BFK) from the separation prints. On very close examination, one can see the "dry brush" modeling of color in the skin tones, giving a luminous quality to the image. The combination of image grain and brush techniques in inking the matrices gives great control over such effects. Small images like this have been a favorite of mine for many years."
