Our Japanese friends were all photographers and political science students. Otsuka would give out free film and he founded a photo Gallery called Q-Blick (Kubrick) where these young Japanese photographers could work in the darkroom and show work.
At the party we listened to a live Dylan Album which Otsukasan had brought back from California where he had been on assignment photographing the concert. So we watched his slideshow listening to the concert. I remember, he played violin, guitar and spoke Japanese very fast. I can still visualise him looking up to our open window and waving as he got into a taxi and we waved down from the window above. He was very busy but we saw a lot of the other friends. They invited us to show with them once in a show called "on za roado".
