Phototypie Private collection of Sergey Maximishin (Sergey Maximishin, 30 October 2020) The Album was shot by photographer Maxim Dmitriev on behalf of the Nizhny Novgorod charity Committee and the provincial food Commission. It was printed in 1893 in the phototypie technique in the photographer's workshop. From a huge number of photos, about 50 were selected.
The significance of this work of Dmitriev is huge: in fact, all Russian photojournalism grew out of this project.
