This image of Ali was from the cover of Esquire in 1968 and has always been an inspiration to me of how powerful a photograph can be to illustrate an idea. It amazes me that this image was done on 8x10 film long before photoshop, a true testament to Carl's meticulous talents. Shot in New York with the 20x24 Polaroid camera with the help of John Reuter. We got it on the first frame!
