The reverse has a postmark from Shushan, NY, December 18, 1908. The message reads: "I have twenty three pupils they were not all present the day this was taken I expect to have a vacation at Xmas time we are all quite well Wishing you a merry Xmas and happy n year. From Maud." Addressed to Mrs. Cora Ketchum, Argyle, NY.
