I photographed Jay in New York, just a few blocks away from his legendary studio, a historic 35,000 square foot building that once was a bank. Jay is an icon in the photo industry and is a kind man with a deep rooted passion for photography. He always has a camera on his side, lens cap off and ready to shoot. The image is he is holding is a testament to this philosophy, taken on the streets of Singapore, there for a second and then gone forever.
