To the Editor of Photographic Notes.
 
Dear Sir. As I have no doubt many of the Subscribers to the Liverpool and National Photographic Exchange Club, derived their knowledge of it from the pages of your journal, I shall be much obliged if in your forthcoming number you would mention that the next exchange of Photographs will take place on the 15th. Nov., and that I hope that each Member will send us some for distribution. There are som e on hand very, beautiful indeed, a few rather large from one member for which I want exchanges.
 
I see a great deal is yet to be learned in the science of Positive printing; some rule that shall enable you to determine that the tone of a dozen proofs shall be the same. Does your development do this? I am, dear Sir, Yours very truly,
