Photograph of General Pennefather seated on a rock facing slightly left. His legs are crossed and he is wearing a long coat and peaked hat. Two figures sit behind him to the left. During the Crimean War General Pennefather was responsible for the dramatic allied victory at the battle of Inkerman.
