During the Second World War, the Wehrmacht's propaganda companies (PK) supplied the media in Germany and the occupied territories, but also in neutral and allied countries, with image, film and audio material. Hundreds of photographers, cameramen and journalists were active in the PK until 1945. "Signal" was an illustrated Wehrmacht propaganda magazine produced for foreign countries.
