French STEREO-GRAPHOSCOPE
Stereographica - Antique Photographica
Courtesy of Bryan and Page Ginns (#17 / 28)

A very nice feature of this particular viewer is the integral collapsible box style stereoscope, with a glass diffusing screen at the rear and dual focusing adjustment at the sides. This would make the viewer suitable for glass, paper and tissue stereo views and of course cartes de visite and cabinet cards, using the large magnifying lens. When closed it measures 8.5" x 13.5" x 5" high, it extends to 18" high. Refer wing page 140 for illustrations and more information.
