Baby in Native American cradleboard, with other fabric and/or beadwork displayed around him. The baby, identified as "Young MacDonald" in the caption at Library of Congress, must be the child of Angus MacDonald (McDonald) of the Hudson's Bay Company, and his wife Catherine, a Nez PerceĀ“.
