William H. ‘Dad‘ Martin was one of the most prolific publishers of picture postcards in the USA of the early 1900s - his photomontages of farmers harvesting vast onions, or sitting stride vast corn cobs, hunting rabbits the size of small cars were incredibly popular selling millions each year particularly between 1908 and 1912 when he sold his business.
