Robard was a founding member of the Photo-Club Rouennais in Rouen, France in 1891. (http://www.chez.com/photoclubrouennais/). One of his photographs (L‘epart matinal de Regates) was published as a photogravure in the 1894 Photo-Club de Paris portfolio.
