Stereographica - Antique Photographica
Courtesy of Bryan and Page Ginns (#16/2)

The ivory plaque identifies the maker "MEAGHER, Manufacturer, 21 Southampton Row, High Holborn, London, W.C." The lenses have slots for Waterhouse stops and are marked "Ross, London 8 x 5 Rapid Symmetrical 39593 and 39447". Fine dovetailed construction with square cornered maroon leather bellows. There are slots for a removable internal septum but the septum is no longer with the camera. The camera has an unusual center pivot tilt back.
